Exchange & Returns
Non-business customers have a right to return and exchange within 14 day period (including weekends and holidays; not including collection day) starting immediately from the time the package was delivered. You can return or exchange your purchase, except pacifiers / teething rings / pacifier chains (hygienic reasons). Please make sure that you return the goods only in their original condition, undamaged and without damage, and if possible in the original packaging. The mail order right of return only applies to unused and in sales condition. Consumers also have the right to open the packaging to check the items, but they cannot use the product. These are the requirements for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that individualized items can not be returned!
For business customers there is no right of return or right to cancel orders on specific products.
You must pay the shipping cost of returning the product: after checking the product to make sure it has not been damaged and is complete, we will refund you the full amount of your ordered item.
Claims
If you have decided to exchange or return a defective product according to our conditions of sale, let us please know by email send to obchod@mamiee.cz before returning the goods.
Please in all cases fill the attached Returns Good Form.
